Avoid hand shake & touching your face repeatedly:
- Preferably follow these recommendations on your stay at Quintana Roo, Yucatán & Holbox.
Cleaners & Disinfectants:
- We recommend bring a personal one.
Frequent hand washing:
- With Soap & Water for 20sec
- Try to wash your hands before your first activity and when you enter at establishments.
If you have symptoms, cancel your arrival to Holbox:
- Cough, Fever (+38º), Sore throat or headache

High hygiene measures in food & drinks:
Some of ur experiences include Open Bar, Box lunch or food.
We reinforce protocols for preparing these products.
'Sanitization' on Snorkel Equipment:
For the enjoyment of many of our experiences Snorkel equipment is necessary.
If you don't have your own equipment, make sure they have been previously sanitized for use like UNEX.
Less people able on tours:
We reduced the capacity of people in our tours.
Mandatory use of mask on:
- During Ferry (Chiquilá-Holbox | Holbox- Chiquilá)
- During Journeys
- On Public Roads
- Any kind of access control.
